York FM 101.3 Starts Streaming on the Internet. Finally

Since 1995 York FM have been broadcasting a variety of homegrown programmes to the Avon Valley Community. They operate out of this building in York:

Over the past few years they have been very kind to me and my music, interviewing me on a number of occasions like this one that I filmed for my YouTube channel last year. Saturday morning presenter Terry Larkin even features me in a regular spot at 6:45am. Trouble is, I'm never up early enough to listen to it.

I am pleased to announce that they have finally joined the 21st century and are now streaming their programmes on the internet.

To get in on your PC the streaming address is http://124.148.223.46:8022/listen.m3u or just type http://124.148.223.46:8022/ into your favourite player.

Maybe now I can tune in with the internet radio I keep by my bedside to listen to you at 6:45 now Terry.
